Isabelle Lussier is Principal Consultant and founder of MedStrategis with over 20 years of experience in medical research. She holds a Ph. D. in neuropsychology and trained as a post-doctoral fellow in cognitive neuroscience and psychopharmacology. She also received a Regulatory Affairs certification. Over the years, she held an academic researcher position in the Psychiatry department at Université de Montréal, worked in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs and Clinical Research, and acted as a consultant to various organizations for a variety of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She also lectured in several Universities, including the “Demystifying Clinical Research” course in the Continuing Education department at McGill University. Isabelle Lussier is part of the Scientific Expert Database (SED) to provide scientific review and evaluation services to Health Canada's Therapeutic Products Directorate (TPD).
Her trajectory
has enriched her with a solid background in research methodology and biostatistics, an effective understanding of epidemiology, pharmacoeconomic, and evidence-based medicine
principles, and with working knowledge of decision-making processes, regulations, and legislation related to the life-cycle milestones of drugs and other health products.
